Job Description: The Bilingual Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by answering calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This position requires fluency in English, French, and Creole, allowing you to assist a wide range of customers and offer support in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
-Bilingual fluency in English, French/Creole (written and spoken) is required.
-Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all three languages.
