RESPONSIBILITIES:

Summary:
This role would be responsible for coordinating facilitating work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, and other key business partners), for the purpose of eliciting detailed business requirements and Agile user stories. You must be able to document requirements using standardized templates including business rules, business process flows, use cases and test cases. The Business Analyst will conduct walkthroughs and reviews of deliverables and facilitate approvals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience specifically in the field of business requirements development for banking products and services
Candidates should have relevant experience with SWIFT/International Payments experience
Experience developing business requirements/user stories in support of Treasury Management products and services (i.e., Liquidity Management, Accounting, Payments, FX, Risk)
Knowledge of full SDLC; Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
Proficiency with MS Office software products including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
