Commercial Loan Operations Specialist LeadThe Commercial Loan Operations Specialist Lead provides operational support for an array of banking commercial products. Under limited supervision, this job works on projects and prospects associated with commercial operations by coordinating data input processes, quality control, client statement preparations and error identification. This job solves escalated reporting issues and consistently works to maintain the accuracy of the company's commercial loan management system.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinates processing of commercial banking operations such as loans, letters of credit and banking guarantees.

Ensures accuracy, quality and completeness of data inputs from loan applications and related documentation into a commercial loan management system.

Supports preparation of statements for clients, along with conducting reconciliation and investigation efforts when needed.

Retrieves and provides information on existing loans to clients as requested.

Ensures best practices for resolving out-of-balance transactions are followed.

Identifies and corrects erroneous transactions and reports major issues to senior colleagues for issue resolution.

Trains, delegates and reviews work of junior colleagues to ensure high quality delivery of services and products.

  • The Advanced Treatment Water Facility Operations Specialist will have an in-depth understanding of the JEA Purification program and treatment processes to meet the expected Job Duties & Responsibilities described in the section below.
