Supervise and lead a team of 10-15 employees in the quality department.
Conduct product sampling and micro testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Oversee batching processes and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform regular audits to maintain quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with production and management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of product sampling, micro testing, and batching processes.
Experience in performing audits and implementing quality assurance protocols.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
