Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in an IT helpdesk environment, including server administration, network administration, and mentoring team members. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Managing Windows and Linux servers to maintain optimal performance and security.
Supervising Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for efficient user and resource management.
Overseeing Office365 applications, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Using Microsoft Intune for imaging and deploying software on workstations and mobile devices.
Maintaining network integrity and security by administering DHCP, DNS, NPS, and Azure MFA.
Performing printer administration and maintenance tasks.
Collaborating with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
Implementing security event management protocols to safeguard company data.
Administering Azure environments and managing virtualization with Hyper-V/VMware.
Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
