The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. SUMMARY: Responsible for directing the Company’s strategic initiatives and supporting the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, internal business performance and business process improvements. Resolve and coordinate escalated issues with the business unit which arise from operations. Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with project management to ensure initiatives have appropriate resources for development and are delivered timely and on budget. Contribute to developing and communicating the strategic vision for the business while continuing identifying new areas of strategic focus. Leads the development of strategic plans for Enterprise. Works closely with leaders in the business to develop business plans for portfolio of businesses.
