This is an Administrative Assistant position conducting office assignments for the Administrator and Director of Services at the Tambolina Services Inc. Some of the responsibilities include matching clients with workers/caregivers; contacting Care Managers and Caregivers to discuss service referral matters; send referrals to caregivers whose qualifications meets the job description and guide them as to the condition of the clients. Make weekly calls to Care Managers to find out if there are clients who need services. Provide recruitment Application to new Applicants who may be interested in Caregiver positions. Conduct basic skills tests with an approved State and Agency authorization; the Administrative Assistant also conduct weekly survey for the client's satisfaction with the services their caregivers are providing to them on a daily basis;
the Administrative Assistant reassigns and assigns temporary and fixed schedules; the Administrative Assistant further run errands that are administratively related to job responsibilities such as picking up vouchers and billing statements from compatible agencies; the Administrative Assistant further attend trainings compatible to his or her job.
All qualified Applicants are required to have clean and clear background screening for at least five years; familiar with the HIPPA Laws; and expected work ethics. caregiver must also meet the training in CPR; and other essential training.
