We are excited to announce multiple openings for Maintenance Tech 3 positions in Jacksonville, Florida! We're looking for candidates who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and approach their tasks with a sense of urgency. If you have an eye for detail and great people skills, we want to hear from you!
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in property maintenance and preservation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. An EPA 608 Universal or Type 2 certification is a must.
YOU WILL BE TESTED FOR HVAC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Here's what you'll need to be proficient in:
Interior finish carpentry (interior doors, trim, baseboards)
Finish plumbing (drains, toilets, faucets, sinks)
Appliances (water heaters, dishwashers, disposals, stoves)
Finish electrical (light fixtures, receptacles, switches)
Finish cabinetry (doors, toe kicks, hardware)
Finish hardware (doorknobs, door stoppers, shelving, locks, blinds)
You should also be comfortable with painting and caulking and be physically able to lift up to 50lbs. and perform tasks that involve bending and stooping.
You'll need to have basic tools to perform these tasks daily.
Reliable transportation is required.
Pay starts between $18.00/hr and $22.00/hr, based on your experience.
