Seeking Handyman and/or Maintenance Tech to do simple repairs such as replacing door locks/handles, simple drywall patching and painting, bathroom and kitchen faucet and fixture repair/replacement, etc. Some HVAC and Plumbing experience is preferred, but not required. Monday through Friday, 7-4pm. 40 hours (plus any pre-approved OT). Must have your own truck or van (mileage paid). Full-time role with benefits.
