Job Summary: The Experienced Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and longevity of equipment, systems, and facilities.
Responsibility:
-Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems to
prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
-Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
-Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other machinery parts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any observed issues. Prepare and update maintenance logs and reports.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, with a proven track record of handling complex mechanical and electrical systems.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of machinery and equipment.
-Strong understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
