904Tree.com is looking for someone who:
READ ENTIRE AD:
-Knows the Tree Industry
-Can Communicate with Home & Business Owners
-Can work weekends during storms and travel during large storm events
-Can use a keyboard, a cell phone, the internet, and has basic digital skills.
-Can KNOCK DOORS during tree service work or in a cold neighborhood (yes, we also provide leads).
-Can make Cold Calls to business owners, Property Management Co's, Mitigation/Lawncare and etc. companies.
-Has Reliable Transportation, Is Reliable, Consistent, and willing to build their business while we grow ours.
-Will meet, work with, know/understand the Crew, the owner and the operations to understand What to Sell and How to Sell it.
-You can work old-school with pad/pen or you can have access to our Jobber.com account to type in your leads (building your own database for ease of account management). This database does invoicing, email reminders, ties to our Google Ads, and more. If you're going old-school -we'll want proof/evidence that you are working our leads somehow - fyi.
COMMISSION ONlY -
-We pay a % with signed contracts that include customer down payments.
-We pay 100% after the job is completed and "Billed Out".
-We can pay for some expenses, marketing materials, "some leads", and even hand you a vehicle to if you're DL is clean.
-We'll pay you 10% for leads closed from us, and 15%+ from leads you get on your own.
We are willing to coach and somewhat train you about the industry.
What we will not do is chase you, put up with bad habits, lying, aggressiveness, and know-it-all attitudes.

Your Process:
-you will be screened by Dave on the phone or in person 1st.
-you will be given tasks to complete before you meet the owner 2nd.
-your background will be run 3rd.
-you can start by emailing or texting over what you currently drive and if you have tree experience or not to Dave.
