JOB SUMMARY
This employee will perform and assist with monitoring, maintenance, and operation of SWIG systems. Provide oversight of the SWIG Projects Facility and acts as representative during inspections of SWIG projects. Operation of production equipment and act as on-site inspector and representative during construction of SWIG projects. Provide timely, effective communications to staff, management, and clients to accomplish the goals and objectives of assigned tasks.
JOB LOCATION
This position will be located at the SWIG Research Facility based in Orange Park, Clay County, Florida. Employee will be expected to travel up to a 100-mile radius of SWIG Facility to monitor various projects and systems in the area. Employee will also be expected to use their personal vehicle to travel between sites.
PAY RATE/TIME COMMITMENT
Pay rate is dependent on level of experience and education.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Operation of equipment such as skid-steer loaders for maintenance projects
Optimization of resources such as equipment and materials to ensure efficient operation of SWIG systems
Maintain detailed records of equipment use and maintenance activities.
Follow all safety policies and precautions for operating production-related equipment.
Routine inspections, compliance monitoring and directing SWIG's contractors during operation and maintenance activities.
Maintaining an accurate daily record of project progress including photographic records.
Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and have their own transportation.
Some experience in the operation of production equipment is preferred.
Experience working in construction or industrial setting is preferred.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and plumbing system operation and maintenance is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow moderately complex written and oral instructions.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
