Job Title: Personal Injury Investigator
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Investigator to join our team. This role involves fieldwork, interviewing, and gathering evidence to support accident and injury cases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, injuries, and liability claims.
Meet with new clients and conduct the initial intake.
Interview witnesses, clients, and other relevant parties to obtain statements.
Visit and document accident scenes; take photographs, videos, and measurements as needed.
Conduct vehicle inspections as needed
Collect and review police reports, employment records, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain organized investigative files and prepare detailed written reports for attorney review.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to support litigation strategy.
Qualifications:
Prior investigative experience in personal injury, insurance claims, or related field strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and investigative databases.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
