The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various painting and general maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks or holes
Apply paint, stains, and finishes to various interior and exterior surfaces
Perform general handyman tasks such as:
Drywall repair
Minor carpentry
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Fixture installations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter and/or handyman
Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment when needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
