The Big Pine Rooster needs a professional and responsible line cook, AKM or KM.
We are a popular local community restaurant that stays very busy serving great food that everyone loves. We have an amazing front of the house staff and a great, small kitchen staff as well. We have food you can be proud to serve and customers that are truly amazing.
When Covid hit many of our valued long term staff moved north and we have yet to replace one of them. We need a real professional, with high standards, that are proud of the work they do. We do not accept drug, alcohol or personality issues.
We are a drug free and abuse free workplace (We don't care what you do on your free time, but substances abuse at work is dangerous and harmful to employees trying to stay clean.) Employees are treated with respect and open communication. We understand employment is a two way street, you do all you can for the restaurant and we will do all we can for you. Taking advantage on either side is unacceptable. Real pros will find a positive, enjoyable workplace, great opportunities and great pay.
Also, if you are a good line cook and want to grow into management, this is the place for you. We could also use a professional AKM or KM with outstanding work history and references. This is not an office management job, you will work in the kitchen.
