We are currently finishing up the buildout of our brand new restaurant in downtown Key West! We will be scheduling and onboarding employees throughout November and will be opening in December.
We are a scratch kitchen, focused on serving the best fresh & local seafood that the Keys have to offer. We run extremely professional, organized, and focused establishments, and are looking for team members that want to be part of the best new restaurant in the Keys.
We will be open Thursdays-Mondays, serving lunch from 11-3pm, and dinner from 5-10pm. We are looking for 5 full time AM cooks, 6 full time PM cooks, and 4 prep/dishwashers.
