The Square Grouper Key West is in the final stages of construction and is putting the finishing touches on our team! We are looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef to assist in running our scratch kitchen. We are looking for an organized & dependable individual with experience running the hot line, butchering/processing seafood, steak, & game, and with experience expediting in a high volume setting. This would be a PM/Dinner position with a relatively fixed schedule that is 2pm-Close Thursday through Mondays.
