Luxury RV Resort in Key Largo is seeking a permanent full time position , all around property maintenance person capable of working together with the resort manager and front desk personnel.
Job duties will include:
Grounds Keeping , all around landscaping duties , pool maintenance , janitorial work , assisting in guest services , minor property maintenance services.
Person must be:
Energetic, hardworking and capable of managing themselves without constant supervision
Must be drug free, non-smoking and a clean back ground record.
Must speak fluent English and be able to do minor lifting of up to 50lbs when needed.
Applicant must be able to work on the weekends and various night shifts.
Preference to someone living in the Key Largo area , NO work housing facility or rv site is available.
