Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Onsite Supervisor:
Assigning tasks and workloads to associates based on daily needs.
Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
Training new employees on procedures and safety protocols
Performing daily duties as needed
Tracking project progress, documenting key milestones, and providing regular updates to management.
Maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
