The Pub at Lake Henry located in Swiss Golf and Tennis club is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Cook who is committed to providing absolute guest satisfaction. Use your experience and talent to help the restaurant reach it financial goals through skillful management in the categories of labor, food cost and Kitchen supplies and maintains a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years kitchen experience with cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Food prep and product forecasting
Labor control
Plate presentation
Food ordering
Must work well with staff and management
Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen
Maintain profit and loss statements daily
Prefer Servsafe certification
We offer a consecutive 5 day work week and $28k- $32K salary. 2 week vacation after one year of service.
