Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, sprinklers, drip systems, and pumps.
Diagnose irrigation system issues and perform timely repairs.
Perform routine system checks and adjustments for optimal water efficiency.
Read and interpret irrigation blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Operate and maintain irrigation tools, vehicles, and equipment safely.
Respond professionally to inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an irrigation technician, preferably in commercial landscaping.
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and controls.
Ability to read irrigation plans and electrical diagrams.
Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) certification. (Preferred)
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate power equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
