Looking for Maintenance man with plenty of experience in minor Carpentry, drywall patch, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, door repair etc. must have a pick up truck or be able to carry a door, Plywood or other materials from time to time. I try to have most delivered straight to the job. Being able to speak clear English and text message a lot daily is a must. Looking for someone clean and polished in appearance because you will deal with tenant and homeowners from time to time. I expect you to have all your own tools for the most part but I will supply anything temporary. You will be required to wear company Apparel. Travel up to an hour away daily is required at times other weeks not so much. Pay is $27 per hour. Drive time and gas if over an hour drive. We never travel more than one hour or so.
