Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain grounds, including a nine-hole executive golf course and common areas.
Operate and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of grounds equipment (e.g., riding mowers, trimmers, rototiller).
Perform routine landscaping tasks such as weeding, raking, and maintaining assigned areas.
Collect trash and perform general grounds cleaning
Repair equipment issues and order replacement parts as needed.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods in a fully outdoor environment.
Experience/Education
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
Understand how to use tools and equipment used in specialized grounds maintenance and landscaping duties.
Operation and use of large and small power grounds equipment and machinery.
Basic safety precautions and procedures related to grounds maintenance activities.
