Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
About the Position:
We’re looking for a skilled A-Level Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining semi trucks, trailers, and RVs. This position offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of equipment in a professional, fast-paced environment with a company that values quality workmanship and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, drivetrains, electrical, and braking systems.
- Conduct DOT inspections and pre-sale unit inspections.
- Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, HVAC, and hydraulic systems.
- Service and repair trailers including brakes, lighting, wiring, and structural components.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on motorhomes and RV systems (electrical and mechanical).
- Accurately document all work performed and parts used.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers regarding findings and repairs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a truck/trailer or RV technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Own tools required for the job.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with diagnostic software (J-Pro, Cummins Insite, etc.).
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and inspection procedures.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- RVIA certification or experience with RV systems is a plus.
