EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR – SEMI TRUCK, TRAILER & RV REPAIR SHOP

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help manage day-to-day service operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Service Advisor is the bridge between our customers and technicians. You’ll be responsible for writing service orders, quoting and sourcing parts, communicating with customers, scheduling work, verifying repairs, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and urgency.
- Create and manage repair orders for semi trucks, trailers, and RVs.
- Quote jobs accurately and efficiently based on labor and parts requirements.
- Order, receive, and verify correct parts for each job prior to repair.
- Communicate repair needs, timelines, and estimates clearly to customers.
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and the front office.
- Verify repairs and updates before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Support the team with daily shop operations and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (preferably in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or RV repair).
- Strong mechanical understanding of trucks, trailers, and RV systems.
- Proven experience with quoting, ordering, and verifying parts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with repair order software or fleet management systems.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
