In addition, we are looking for strong business acumen and sales aptitude and someone who is self-directed by nature.What You’ll Do:Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes deliveryManages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVRAssists sales desk in structuring dealConsistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contractsManages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business officeTracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrationsParticipates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issuesAssists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staffAdhere to all company policies and proceduresWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:Bachelor’s Degree preferred3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance productsMenu selling experience in requiredBusiness management experience in the automobile industry is a plusEffective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Strong Closing skills are necessaryStrong organizational skills Ability to train finance and sales personnelValid driver's licenseMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. Experience overseeing the operations, training, and safety for an aviation program assets providing air movement support in two specific areas: fixed wing and/or rotary wing non-tactical air transportation for personnel and cargo, and tactical rotary wing aviation support.
