Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction. In this role, you will schedule and plan multiple projects to achieve cost efficiency. You will work closely with team members, providing motivation, technical guidance, and clear communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include cost estimates, contract negotiations, cost control monitoring, scheduling, and change order management. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. Your typical day might include overseeing commercial construction projects, collaborating with architects and engineers, interpreting blueprints, scheduling subcontractors, conducting site visits, managing project budgets, and keeping all stakeholders informed.Hard Skills

Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience

Commercial Construction experience

Exposure to estimating and buy-out process

Ability to review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Experience with cost estimates, contract negotiations, cost control monitoring, scheduling, and change order management

Soft Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Effective communication skills

Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
