We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain files and records (Payroll)
- Computerize information for easy retrieval (Google Sheets)
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Must be proficient in Excel. 1 year experience minimum.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is Required
-Previous experience in the moving and logistics industry is preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties
