At Bellows Associates P.A., we are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Staff Auditor. As a Staff Auditor, you will play a crucial role in our firm, working closely with our experienced professionals to provide exceptional auditing services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting audits of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Perform detailed testing of financial records, transactions, and internal controls to identify any discrepancies or potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring its integrity and reliability.
Utilize your proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is (mandatory).
One year of audit experience in the commercial, non-profit sectors or benefit plan audit experience a plus; public accounting experience preferred.
A strong passion for pursuing a career in accounting and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is crucial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
