Description We are in search of a dedicated Vendor Manager to manage from beginning to end the Order Cycle for each vendor. Sales will generate an order, and the process begins. as the Vendor Manager you will enter the order, ensure good are in inventory, submit a quote and provide a lead time for shipment. Confirm with the warehouse all of the goods are cleared by Customs, submit the billing to the Vendors and collect on payment prior to releasing the cargo. As the Vendor manager, you will be responsible for ensure all timelines are adhered too and that the vendors/customers are aware of the entire process. This role primarily involves managing operations, supporting sales, and overseeing order entry in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization. Responsibilities: Oversee the management of inventory and facilitate order fulfillment. Engage in regular communication with vendors regarding pending items to complete shipments. Liaise daily with shipping, warehouse, accounting, and purchasing departments. Perform data entry tasks, including reconciling bulk shipment quantities against original orders. Handle billing for items shipped and invoicing clients for all goods shipped. Undertake account reconciliation tasks and manage accounts receivable. Collect on pending payments due in a timely manner to facilitate shipping. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Navision for various tasks and operations. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients. Manage work-in-process reports and perform daily follow-ups.After 90days of training, hybrid schedule will be offered.
