General Summary:We are seeking a Sourcing Analyst who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to work with the Director of Global Sourcing to support multiple projects simultaneously for SPE’s LATAM Networks based in Miami. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be capable of analyzing data, and possess excellent presentation and communication abilities. Sourcing analysts are assigned a primary category or business area working as trusted advisors supporting projects that drive value, process improvement, and supplier excellence. The candidate also needs to be a fast learner, able to adapt to changing environments, and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in various teams.The ideal candidate will have experience in organization and project management, analyzing data sets, and identifying trends and opportunities from data, as well as the ability to showcase data in suitable presentation format. It is an advantage, although not required, to have an understanding of one or more areas of the end-to-end source-to-contract process starting from opportunity identification, spend analysis, RFx, contract negotiation and renewals, financial review, and supplier management. Candidate must have demonstrated competency and character that is fair, inclusive, consistent, transparent, and accountable.Core Responsibilities:

Project Management: Support with day-to-day project tasks as required. Including tracking of the communications, planning and status of multiple projects simultaneously. Help develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, process mapping and documentation.

Presentation Skills: Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise and visually engaging manner. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation with creative, concise formatting that enhances clarity and impact.

Communication: Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and consistent across all levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and think outside the box to solve complex project challenges.

Spend Analytics: Perform spend analysis of larger data sets to identify trends and opportunities to drive value. Contribute to continuous data enrichment to ensure spend data is accurate and provides useful business intelligence. Analyze project data and performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met.

Sourcing: Develop category expertise and provide analysis that supports sourcing strategies in various categories for the procurement of goods and services. Support stakeholder meetings by preparing clear, fact-based, executive-level presentations that outline team recommendations.

Business Intelligence: Anticipate potential project risks and work on mitigation strategies. Conducts research to support proactive monitoring of the supply and category market. Help identify opportunities from new product offerings or changes in the operating landscape. Attend and learn category best practices from industry associations, peers, and stakeholders.

eRFx: Support the development of RFx (Requests for Proposals, Quotes, and Information) using bid management platform including collecting requirements, managing bidder communications, and analysing bid responses.

Negotiations: Support the review and drafting of contract business terms related to scopes of work (SOW), service level agreements (SLA) and other business terms.

Value Identification: Quantify the value of goods and services being sourced, the value resulting from negotiations, and the total cost of ownership, as well as other value drivers.

Trusted Advisor: Become knowledgeable about different department functions to direct business enquiries to the proper teams. Provide support to teams within the department and internal SPE stakeholders by coordinating regular meetings for sourcing strategies, opportunities, and requirements, working proactively with the category lead to develop materials and agendas.

Supplier Management: Support management of external supplier relationships by monitoring agreement expirations for renewal and providing visibility to internal stakeholders to determine renewal or rebid strategy. Work with business stakeholders to measure supplier performance and support cyclical and ad-hoc supplier business reviews.

Agile: Continuously look for ways to improve the sourcing process

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of analysis, entertainment or business experience.

Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (ideally including advanced Excel functions), and PowerPoint.

The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify potential areas for sourcing and demonstrate a curiosity to ask questions and learn new skills/knowledge.

Candidate must be adaptable and quick to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies.

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritization skills with an ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to analyze data and report on project performance.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Education/Language skills:

Undergraduate Degree
