Answer incoming calls
Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner
Manage Online / Text / Chat communications with customer
Make outbound calls follow up calls for customer surveys and potential sales
Make outbound calls book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
Assist Sales & Service Team with customer service needs and other assigned task
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telephone Customer service(HVAC Experience a Plus)
Energy, enthusiasm, integrity & interest in performing at a high level everyday.
Ability and commitment to be on time.
Attention to detail, multi-tasker
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients at all times.
Strong teamwork skills and high regard for teamwork with respect.
Ability to work with other employees, management and technicians to get the job done “right the first time” and in the best interest or our clients, while abiding by company policies and procedures.
Must pass our background, drug screening
Must be able to read, write and speak English (Spanish a Plus)
