Description We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the bustling city of Miami, Florida. This role is situated in the finance industry and will involve providing analytical support for financial forecasting, modeling, strategic planning, and budgeting. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for reporting and analysis, and process improvements.Responsibilities: Build robust financial models to forecast income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets for multiple years using various financial tools. Manage monthly rolling forecasts focusing on EBITDA and capital expenditure. Support the annual budgeting process and deliver the annual budget. Develop comprehensive reports presenting complex financial analysis in a user-friendly manner. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual actual vs. budget and KPI and performance analysis for various business lines. Prepare user-friendly and meaningful dashboards, actual vs. budget, KPI, and other analysis. Execute discounted cash flow analysis, capital investment/divestment analysis, and portfolio analysis. Understand the current and future state of the accounting and operational systems and initiate process improvements for automation. Collaborate with operational and financial teams to analyze the business and improve processes and operations. Execute ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required. Requirements Proficiency in conducting financial analyses and providing strategic insights Experience in forecasting and budgeting activities Familiarity with ad hoc reporting and its applications in financial planning Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and resolve issues Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting financial information effectively Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
