Paylocity highly preferred (but open to other ERP)
Duties include but are not limited to:
Submittal of Multi-state payroll
Review of time sheets accuracy and for garnishments etc.
Bi-weekly and if needed off cycle
Including any commissions and bonus
Reconciling of various benefits invoices and managing the 401k
Ensuring back up documentation is kept
Update elections and status changes for employees; and set up new staff
Respond to employee inquiries
Preparing various reports for management
Assist with process improvements and relating to software
