Location: South Palm Beach Area (Boca Raton & Delray Beach)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $84,000 per year based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Agency Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team as Clinical Nursing Supervisor,serving the South Palm Beach area, including Boca Raton and Delray Beach. This full-time position requires providing high-quality, patient-centered care to both private and Medicare clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of home health care experience, with a strong background in wound care and IV infusion therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-home visits to provide nursing assessments, medication management, and care coordination for private and Medicare clients.
Administer wound care and IV infusion therapy as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update care plans.
Ensure comprehensive documentation and accurate reporting of patient progress and outcomes.
Provide education to patients and their families on managing their health conditions at home.
Travel throughout the Boca Raton and Delray Beach areas as part of regular home visits.
Be available for at least one weekend per month for patient care coverage.
Requirements:
Current Florida RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of home health care experience, including in-home visits to private and Medicare clients.
Proven experience in wound care and IV infusion therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and family education.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized while traveling throughout the service area.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (with at least 1 weekend per month required).
Salary: $80,000 - $84,000 per year, depending on experience.
Travel required within the South Palm Beach area (Boca Raton & Delray Beach).
Supervision of Field Staff to include clinical and technology oversight
Development of the skills of the staff as required to service the patients.
