Established Broward Law Firm seeking a full-time Family Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Florida Family Law. Are you passionate about supporting clients through a difficult emotional process? We are looking for an attorney with excellent legal and customer service skills to join our team and help make a difference for their clients. You must be ready to manage a full case load from inception to resolution. Fluent in Spanish a plus. Full time or part time will be considered. This is available as a hybrid in office/remote.
Active member of the Florida Bar (Required)
Job Qualifications
7+ years’ Florida family law experience.
Positive, client-focused mindset.
Driven to succeed and obtain favorable outcomes for clients.
Trial experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple cases with deadlines, shifting priorities, and deadline conflicts.
All aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for an attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences and trials.
Superior communication skills in working with clients, lawyers and co-workers.
Court appearance in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade as needed.
