We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our U.S. team. This person will support commercial and administrative operations, handle customer service, assist in collections, purchasing, and logistics, and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on payments.
Handle customer calls and emails in English and Spanish.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
Support purchasing of raw materials and inventory control.
Coordinate sample deliveries and maintain accurate tracking records.
Assist in sales and customer management, providing quotes and basic product information.
Support general administrative and office tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bilingual (English–Spanish) – fluent in both languages (written and spoken).
Prior experience in administrative, sales, or accounting support.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing systems (QuickBooks or similar is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
