We are a Boca Raton–based reverse mortgage company looking for motivated telephone sales representatives to join our team.

Your role:
Call and follow up with seniors who have requested information about reverse mortgages
Build trust and answer initial questions (no cold calling required!)
Set appointments with our licensed loan officers to complete the process
Requirements:
Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
Comfortable talking with seniors in a friendly, professional manner
Dependable and organized
Sales experience a plus, but not required
Compensation:
Hourly base plus bonus/commission potential (discussed in interview)
Part-time or full-time considered
