Stinky's Fish Camp is seeking an experienced full service Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. Must have experience in high volume food service that strives for excellence in customer satisfaction. Starting salary range 55-65K (negotiable based on experience) plus insurance benefits, paid time off.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
-Assist in day-to-day operations which may include; scheduling, training, monitoring active service and holding staff accountable.
-Serve Safe Management Certification required (May be obtained post-hire)
-Actively monitor and manage labor and inventory using tools provided by SFC.
-Uphold standard of cleanliness in dining, storage, and kitchen areas.
-Assist Chefs in monitoring food preparation methods in accordance with company recipes.
-Ensure 100% customer satisfaction; including responding to complaints & retaining customers. Requires establishing relationships with guests and proactive management.
-Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
Qualifications
5 years restaurant experience
2 years as a floor or service manager
Fine dining experience a plus.
Basic business math and computer skills
Demonstrates leadership and teamwork skills
Good oral/written communication skills
Strong analytical/decision-making skills
