Full Time clinic receptionist/ assistant position open immediately.
Skills/Qualifications :
Front office experience and familiar with Quick Books a plus, but can train the right person
Multi-tasking, professional and dependable
Open to learning new information such as everything about alternative medicine
Professional customer service, communication and telephone skills
Compassionate, positive, calm and patient personalities are a must
Scheduling, Check-in and check-out patients and handle payments
Our hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5pm (or till last patient) and Friday 9-1pm (or till last patient)
No experience necessary in health or medical.
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits
