What is Prime IV locally to Destin, Florida?
Scot & Donna Andrews are the Area Developers for North Florida, Jacksonville to Pensacola. They will own and operate the Destin location as well as recruit new franchisees for 12 locations across North Florida. Scot & Donna grew up in Florida and have resided in Phoenix, AZ for 15 years and operate two Any Lab Test Now franchise locations. Destin is slated to open in the fall of 2023. “We love Destin as we have vacationed there many times and are close to family in Alabama.” It’s a fun place, and in need of great wellness providers and solutions!
Enough of the sales pitch…. What’s the position all about?
Compensation:
$17 hourly; commissions on memberships sold, add on's.
Compensation is offered on qualifications, and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services and their commitment to quality patient relationships and treatments. All tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages at other spas from $7 to $15 per hour additional wage. In addition , spa profitability and performance incentives to the team will be offered.

9AM to 6PM W-M - Closed Tuesday
Essential Duties
- Front Desk Check In; Customer experience 40%, welcoming, communication, observation, empathy, service and support; initiating initial medical intake forms to new clients. Printing wellness plans. Inventory tracking.
-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture 30%; working as a unit and committed to the community and their health and wellness for clients.
-Administrative duties 10% (checking customers out, 100% accurate medical record documentation, 100% adherence to all safety standards set forth for the delivery of hydration IV therapies and injections, cleaning of spa daily, organizing, inventory and restocking); phone follow up with customers.
-Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in the Destin metro community 10%, some business outreach.
-Taking client vital signs.
-Providing IM injections
Essential Qualifications
-MA Designation Certification
-Booker / Mindbody spa software experience a HUGE plus
-Organized, Reliable
-Strong verbal communication skills with people, clients. Able to call or talk to any person, leader, business owner, mayor or client.
-Computor savy, excel, word and CRMs
-Phone messaging system management.
-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

What will I do in this role?
-Front Desk leads customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health history, and general expectations prior to meeting with nurse. Knowledge of our products and solutions, and their intended outcomes with a thorough understanding our therapies/services/benefits to clients.
-Manage Booker Appointment System - Mind Body or Booker experience a plus.
-Manage CRM speaking thru text and email to on-line to clients and potential clients
-Leadership of the welcoming and departing process so clients feel cared for.
- Asking for next appointment schedule.
-Asking for a Google review.
-Administrative. Self-directed cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory, and ordering of supplies.

Scot and Donna Andrews have been married for 35 years and have lived in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama over Scot’s business career with Coca-Cola and many Fortune 500 companies having moved to the Arizona area in 2002. Scot graduated from USF in Tampa Florida with a BA in Marketing, and with an MBA from UNF in Jacksonville. Donna graduated from New England School of Business in Boston grew up just outside of Tampa, Florida. Donna is talented in business operations and accounting. As stated, they have owned and operated 2 successful Any Lab Test Now retail stores for 4 years in Phoenix, Arizona. As Area Leaders for Prime, their passion is to see all North Florida franchisee’s achieve extraordinary success! We believe in the power of a strong family and serving our community with deeds.
