Location: Casselberry, FL 32707

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Salary-based (DOE)

We manage hundreds of active accounts and are known for our professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our growing team at our Casselberry headquarters.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping financial and administrative operations running smoothly. You’ll handle client accounts, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks while supporting day-to-day office and customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities

Create and send invoices in QuickBooks Online

Enter new client accounts and maintain accurate records

Track and follow up on outstanding payments

Record deposits, match transactions, and manage accounts receivable/payable

Run financial reports and assist with monthly reconciliation

Assist in maintaining organized digital and paper filing systems

Communicate professionally with clients and vendors regarding billing or service questions

Support management with administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting support

Software: Proficient in QuickBooks Online and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools

Financial Skills: Understanding of invoicing, deposits, reconciliation, and transaction management

Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record (occasional local errands may be required)

Attributes: Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
