JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Communicate daily with clients and attorneys via email and telephone, addressing accounts within the department.
- Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper handling of accounts.
- Prioritize daily tasks for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consistently read, interpret, and reconcile documents such as invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in client service.
- Attention to detail, especially when reconciling invoices.
WORK SCHEDULE:
In-person work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
