Job Description:
As a Legal Forwarder, you'll:
- Communicate Daily: Interact with clients and attorneys via email and telephone, addressing accounts within our department.
- Follow Up: Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper handling of accounts.
- Prioritize Efficiently: Manage daily tasks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document Expertise: Consistently read, interpret, and reconcile documents such as invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court documents.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications and tools.
- Legal Familiarity: Basic understanding of legal terms and concepts.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking Ability: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Client Service Experience: Prior experience in client service or related roles.
- Attention to Detail: Precision when working with numbers, especially during invoice reconciliation.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: In-person at our office
