Part Time Assistant – Accounting & Tax Support
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant with strong skills in customer service, data entry, and accounting. Experience in tax preparation and QuickBooks is highly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting clients with excellent customer service.
Accurate, fast data entry for accounting and tax records.
Assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax preparation.
Managing deadlines and ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of accounting principles (QuickBooks a plus).
English & Spanish is required.
Tax preparation experience preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
