We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and returning emails related to returns and other customer inquiries. This position is located at our warehouse facility and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls related to returns and other customer inquiries.
Responding to customer emails regarding returns and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Processing and managing returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient and timely processing of returns.
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
