We are a 26 year old company looking for a qualified individual to work in a fast paced environment.Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance standards are met? We're looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Compliance Specialist!
Key Responsibilities:
Listening to customer calls to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitoring calls for compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identifying areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
Providing detailed reports and analysis on call performance and compliance metrics.
Collaborating with team members to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and compliance roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using call monitoring software and other relevant tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay of $16 per hour.
