Eccentric Cycle E-Bikes is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service/ Sales Associate at our Orlando, Florida location! We specialize in electric bikes & Scooters, offering both sales and service. As a rapidly growing e-bike/scooter company in Florida, we are dedicated to transforming the electric bike & scooter industry.
Sales + Customer Relationships
Welcome and engage with customers in-store
Provide education on e-bike models and accessory options to help customers find their ideal fit
Maintain and organize the showroom with attention to detail Manage showroom opening and closing duties
Be motivated to close sales and meet company targets
Develop and maintain a follow-up program for interested customers
Serve as a technical support expert for E-Bikes & scooters, assisting customers in-store, and over the phone
Operate the point of sale system and explain the operation and benefits of e-bikes & scooters
Job Details
Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour plus sales commission after the probation period of 3 months
Opportunities for advancement
Paid 6 day Holidays yearly & 5 day paid vacation after the first year with us.
This is a Full Time position.

Ability to ride an electric bike
Minimum of 2 years of sales and retail experience is a must, interacting with customers both in person
Strong communication skills
Keen interest in understanding customer needs, leading to successful bike sales
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Independent thinker with the ability to prioritize is a must and manage multiple tasks
Perform well under pressure
Possess an eye for style, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion
Capable of standing for 6-8 hours a day
Available to work weekends and holidays
Bonus: Experience working with electric bikes & scooter is not necessary but preferred
