Office Administrator

Seamless Gutter Company looking to hire an Office Administrator for all operations as well as accounts payable and receivable. This person will be in charge of all QuickBook transactions, filing, good record keeping and a budgeted weekly/monthly report along with monthly projections.

This job responsibilities include

- fuel card management

- All Daily Collections and billing of all invoices within a 5 day window.

-Daily Bank account Reconciling

- Weekly Purchase comparisons by vendor for price checks and quantity confirmation

- Overall Office motivation for gross completion capture

Must be super dependable, organized and clean

Must have some form of accounting background, clean criminal record and good with, Spread Sheets as well as Quickbooks.
