Clinical Transformation Leader

Clinical Transformation ManagerWe challenge you to lead our growing Customer Success Organization with a focus on driving clinical transformation. You will lead all aspects of clinical optimization services supporting design, workflow, testing, validation, and the change management cycles. You will collaborate with business leaders from commercial/sales, operations, innovation, services, IT, marketing and other areas committed to scaling disruptive technologies such as Clinical Insights Manager, Patient Avatar, Telemetry, Imprivata, and more. You will lead a team of clinical experts focused on iterating, testing, and scaling new workflows and professional services with our customers, resulting in effective solution adoption and consumption.Your role:

Leverage Philips Patient Monitoring and Informatics portfolio to drive adoption of disruptive technologies

Develop programs, leveraging core technologies, that scale clinical workflows to drive patient safety, quality and operational efficiencies

Develop and scale a Philips Point of View (POV) to share best practices on workflows that accelerate the adoption of our advanced technologies

Harmonizing clinical services portfolio to drive clinical optimization to accelerate customer adoption and overall organizational maturity.

Collaborate and test new workflows, in partnership with the business unit, at our customer sites.

Focus on continuous improvement in healthcare delivery and patient-centered care

Ability to manage, guide, and lead the organization through change processes

Design and execute an operating model focused on building product level expertise to scale offers and impact business outcomes.

Build a revenue generating business model focused on clinical consulting offers (expected growth to $15M - $20M by end of 2026)

Effectively develop and implement strategies to achieve growth with scaling new ways of working, in partnership with the Business Unit, Commercial/Sales, Services, Product Management, etc.

Lead a team of clinical experts focus on care areas such as mid – low acuity settings (Tele, MedSurg, ICU) focused improving clinical outcomes, and delivering value

Translating professional services opportunities into tangible revenue growth. Quickly processing complex information to take advantage of early opportunities and longer-term strategies.

Determining avenues of growth and ensuring programs are launched in a meaningful, relevant manner

Setting the vision and roadmap for growth in the US market—and sharing openly with global partners for potential applications in rest of world market (HPM focus)

Interfacing with customer executives and clinicians to position our services and represent the organization; be heavily engaged in early services delivery ensuring the quality of the customer experience

Building a team committed to being a learning organization—supporting a culture of learning and goals related to sharing information

You're the right fit if:

10+ years of experience in healthcare services delivery, professional services, clinical transformation, or consulting

Demonstrated experience of developing and scaling clinical transformations

Demonstrated quantitative skills

Lean, Six Sigma

Strong change management experience

Experience leading a remote team

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Nursing, Business or other related discipline)

Leadership skills—able to influence change and move teams forward

Health Informatics background

Financial acumen: Leading revenue generating teams and experience managing a P&L

Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape and current trends/priorities/regulations impacting the market

Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Systems and the approach to clinical strategy, performance improvement, and processes to drive outcomes

Advanced computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Willingness for ongoing development regarding market and clinical trends

Willingness to travel overnight 40% of the time
